 The
magnitude of business and trade relationships
between Mexico and the United States continues to
expand at an unprecedented pace, commanding the
recognition of the business community in both
countries. The State of California plays an
increasingly significant role in this ongoing and
organic process. Mexico, not Japan, is the leading
trade partner of California. Anyone doing business
in this State and neighboring region must seriously
examine business and trade options in Mexico.
The California Regional Chapter of the United States-Mexico
Chamber of Commerce has sustained its unwavering
commitment to foster and facilitate trade and
business between our State and region and the
Mexican nation by its continuous efforts to organize
activities and events that highlight all leading
aspects of these relationships. In furtherance of
our goal to remain at the forefront as a facilitator
of the growing commercial ties between Mexico and
California, we organize events that focus on the
burning issues affecting trade and business between
our region of the U.S. and Mexico.
The success of our Chapter is a direct result of the
enthusiastic participation and support of our
Members. On behalf of our Executive Committee, I
express my deep gratitude to our existing Members.
This message is also a recognition of the dynamic
role that each and every one of our Officers has
played in achieving our current status as an
unparalleled platform for exploring mutual trade and
business opportunities between Mexico and California
(and its neighboring region). We invite our existing
