Smart Cities: Guadalajara

The U.S.-Mexico Chamber of Commerce, California Regional Chapter, in collaboration with ProMexico, and the Government State of Jalisco present a panel discussion focusing on Guadalajara as the site of Ciudad Creativa Digital, the most important creative, digital, and entertainment industry hub in Latin America. The panel will focus on Guadalajara as a Smart City and its implications for Mexico, the region, and the world at large. The Ciudad will be a world-class center for global audiovisual, digital, and interactive production, while at the same time presenting a model for future economic, urban, and environmental development. The Ciudad will be a prototype of intelligent development with high-technology in an urban context, attracting world-class firms and investment in the fields of digital production and the urban application of high technology.
